After more than twelve years as the artistic director of the Cerclé Cité de la Ville de Luxembourg, as a curator and facilitator, Anouk WIES started a new position as Strategic Advisor Cultural Affairs at the University of Luxembourg in 2022.
Her missions are to develop a diverse artistic and cultural programming, advise and support students' cultural projects and initiate a network of national and international cultural institutions, associations as well as other strategic partners.
Looking at scientific research, digital revolution and cultural heritage, she seeks to initiate and promote interdisciplinary projects through collaborative activities and experimentation within the University and beyond. With this, contributing to the visibility and quality of the university and emphasising on the arts and creativity as necessary (future) skills.
